5′X9.5′ Military Flag Display Case Memorial with Pe 4.0 out of 5 starsGood price but poor closure By Heidi M Mitchell on June 5, 2014 Verified Purchase I was very happy with the price of this product and the personalized engraving. However, the flag case stays closed with a small magnet near the knob at the top. This magnet is just strong enough to keep the empty case closed. Once the flag was in the case, we could not keep it closed because the flag pushes a little against the glass. I kept the case, however. We can probably buy some sticky magnetic tape or a small hook and fix the problem. The price and personalization makes up for this inconvenience. Comment 8 people found this helpful. By Knott777 on June 6, 2015 Verified Purchase This display case is fairly attractive, but the quality of the workmanship isn’t quite what I was hoping for, especially for the price I paid. The finish on the wood isn’t completely even, and there is a small place on the front of the frame that shows where someone used a different shade of paint to cover up a flaw. Very disappointing. Also, it does not close tightly. The glass cover will shut, but it does not close air-tight. In fact, if the flag is not folded flat enough, the cover tends to pop open. I like the brass plate, and the engraving looks nice. In spite of the flaws, I decided to keep this because it had already been personalized and I wasn’t sure a replacement would come out any better. The company who sells this was very professional and wrote me a nice email, thanking me for my purchase. I appreciate their conscientious customer service. But, the manufacturer of the frame could have created a better product with a little more effort. Comment 2 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you? The Gripper Paisley Tufted Chair Pads, Teastain - 1.0 out of 5 starsI don’t care how many tacks it has. By hippolytus on December 16, 2014 I can’t speak for the quality. I guess it seems to be pretty good. What I take issue with is the title, "4-Tack Chair Pads". This is either intentionally misleading or a gross oversight. Many (if not most) buyers are going to be needing *4* pads, as your standard table accommodates 4 chairs. Buyers, therefore, come to this page *primed* to read the ’4′ as an indicator of quantity. And, in a listing, it is not uncommon to use a hyphen to separate the quantity of the item from the item name/description. Because of this common alternate usage, many are going to mistakenly bracket the information, reading it as ’4′ (…wait for it…) ‘tack chair pads’. I personally thought the ‘tack’ referred to the sticky ‘Gripper Backing’ that keeps the pad from slipping. If neither of the above convince you that the item title is misleading, then the ‘s’ in ‘Pads’ should. It clearly implies plurality, leading the buyer to infer that they will be getting more than 1 chair pad. And since there’s a ’4′ there, and that hyphen, well…So, don’t buy this item thinking you’re getting 4 pads. You’re only getting 1. So you’re looking at more than $64 for 4 of them. 5 Comments 40 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Sending feedback… Thank you for your feedback. Black Triple Width Wall Storage: Kitchen & Dining 3.0 out of 5 starsLacks structural integrity. By Sweet Melissa on January 23, 2007Color: Black I ordered this unit to store my DVD collection, which is currently just under 300 titles. It has definitely helped to keep my media organized.I like that the height of the shelves can be adjusted to fit CDs, DVDs, or even clamshell VHS cases. If the shelves are set to the height of a standard DVD box, the unit will fit five rows of DVDs — there will be a sixth row that is about the right height for standard CD jewel cases. At this height, you will have leftover shelving and hardware (the shelves are held in place with metal dowels) that I assume would come in handy if the unit were used for CDs, as you could then accomodate more rows of shelves. The unit isn’t difficult to put together. My only issue with the piece is its cumbersome distribution of weight. It’s quite top-heavy. I actually had to screw picture framing hardware to both my wall and the back of the unit and tether the unit to the wall with wire to get it to stand upright. Before I did so, it would not stand straight on my carpeted floor with anything on the shelves. For the price, it works well and looks fine, but if you aren’t prepared to do some engineering to hold the thing upright, it probably isn’t the best product to buy. 6 Comments 143 people found this helpful. It was very easy to assemble and I had no problems with it tipping as mentioned in other reviews, even though I did not use the wall anchor provided. It is located on carpet and I did not have to use shims either. It holds all of my DVDs with room for my library to grow. I have well over 300 titles already. Would recommend this product to anyone. Very much worth what I paid for it. 4 Comments 44 people found this helpful. Was this review helpful to you? Yes No Sending feedback… Thank you for your fee
